Do you take a cut of my sales?+
No. Flat SaaS pricing — ₹499, ₹1,499, or Enterprise. No per-order or percentage fee. The only fees on sales are what your payment gateway charges you directly.
Do I need WhatsApp Business API?+
Not for day one. A regular WhatsApp number works — we push order messages as wa.me links so your phone opens the chat. If you want template messages at scale, we wire the Business API on Enterprise.
Can I move my products off later?+
Yes. Products, customers, and orders export as CSV any time, from any plan. Enterprise customers can self-host the full Laravel + React stack on their own infrastructure.
Is GST handled?+
GSTIN, HSN/SAC, IGST/CGST/SGST splits are on every invoice. Your subscription bill from Mithtech is also GST-compliant.
